Our Story
In 2010, director Nik Lytas joined Littlewoods Services as a practicing legal practitioner.
He worked across several new market entrant portfolios under the mentorship of former principal director, Ross Littlewood. In 2016, Nik left to establish Insevo, with the goal of offering specialist services and expertise to the underwriting agency market that were not being provided by Littlewoods Services at the time.
In 2017, after almost 14 years with Littlewoods Services, chartered accountant Kevin Forder joined Nik at Insevo, to enhance and develop the professional services offering to its growing underwriting agency client base.
After cementing Insevo’s market position as a dedicated professional services provider to the agency market, Insevo acquired Littlewoods Services in June 2019. This has enabled the group to provide its experience and expertise to the whole market including underwriting agencies, insurers and reinsurers.

At Littlewoods Services we are committed to nurturing the wealth of knowledge, skills and capabilities developed over many decades. Our specialist team comprises of talented, dedicated, experienced professionals: some of whom have spent decades at Littlewoods Services, and others who have joined directly from the reinsurance and insurance markets.
Littlewoods Services is led by directors, Nik Lytas and Kevin Forder.
Financial Management, Risk & Compliance is led by George Thwaites, who joined Littlewoods in 2020 following a career at QBE Insurance. His roles at QBE included Group Chief Risk Officer and Group Head of Regulatory and Compliance.
This team supports clients with their financial accounting, management and reporting as well as their APRA regulatory, risk, compliance and reporting.
Accounts Operations is expertly led by Tina Stephens, who has been with Littlewoods Services for over 15 years, joining in 2005 following a career at American Re.
This team supports our clients across their insurance operational accounting requirements, using multiple insurance systems and platforms.
Tax is helmed by Mark Tremain, who has been with Littlewoods for more than 6 years, joining in 2014 following a career as taxation manager at Zurich Financial Services Australia.
This team assists our clients with managing all relevant income tax obligations (including transfer pricing) as well as the indirect tax requirements for insurance companies (including Emergency Services Levy, Stamp Duty and Goods and Services Tax).
Investment Administration is led by Marco Del Din who has been with Littlewoods for over 30 years and worked alongside the majority of our clients, past and present.
This team advises clients across their banking and investment relationships, ensuring these operate with maximum efficiency while according with APRA prudential standards.
Directors
Nik is a qualified legal practitioner admitted to practice in both New South Wales and South Australia. He has been providing advice and consultancy to the reinsurance, insurance and agency industry for over a decade. Specialising in insurance structures and operations, Nik’s role has been instrumental in the setup and operations of numerous regulated institutions in Australia.
